Fall is in the air, for at least a day in RVA!  Get those pencils sharpened, bookbags packed, and trapperkeepers trapped.

Hotel Lights – September 13th - At the Camel in RVA.  Hotel Lights just released their latest album, Girl Graffiti (recorded at Richmond institution Sound of Music!), featuring Darren Jones (Ben Folds) and Al Weatherhead (Sparklehorse / Sound of Music), and members of Tift Merritt’s band.  More info to come – mark it on your calendar!

Pink Moon Festival – September 15th/16th - in Rock Camp, WVA.  Our second year at this amazing festival in an amazing setting.  Late show, looooong set, outdoors. lights, cameras, action!  Will be super trippy for sure!  Tickets and more info are here — http://www.pinkmoonfestival.com/schedule

Sweet Tea Pumpkin Pie Festival – October 8th/9th – in Washington, DC. This is going to be great — put on by awesome folks in DC that love their town and love music. Lots and lots of great bands from the region. Lots of venues including some great non-traditional spots for music (always love playing these kinds of places!). Freddy’s Bar – Music starts at 8 — We will be playing at both 9 and 10! Playing our set including some of our newest songs and then sitting behind the lovely Flanna Sheridan from Ocean Versus Daughter – all the way from Prague! Giving some different sonics to OvD songs! The two days we spent at Scoot Richmond for our video shoot/recording were amazing!  A HUGE thanks to everyone who helped…Chelsea Lahmers, Allen Bergendahl, Austin McAdams, Jamie Smith, Brandi Price and Keith Cornell.  We couldn’t have done it without you! We’ll keep everyone posted on the progress.

Playing BALLICEAUX this Friday 3/25! SPECIAL show – debuting new songs (me/Adam singing on one – come cheer or heckle *gulp*). 2 sets. Spring weather has inspired us and we are lining up out of town shows, recording, and generally having some fun. Come out and revel with us!  10/10:30 $5!

Come out to The Camel this Sunday (the 27th) at 8:00 p.m.!  We’ll be supporting the great Athens, GA band Futurebirds with the help of some of our local friends (Velvet Marias and Lights East).  Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from us or at the door.  See you there!

For the week ending November 27th 2010 our album, “Facing You”, charted at #2, up 5 spots from the prior week.  Check out wsbf.clemson.edu for live streaming from a great station.  We recently did a live in studio session and got to meet some great DJs and staffers there – Awesome guys/girls and awesome station!  Thanks!

We are looking forward to our 3rd show in C-ville yet and I have a feeling that it is going to be the best one yet!  Great bill of friends and musical soulmates Pantherburn and Mister Baby. Starts at 8.  We will probably go on at 9 or 10.
